Non-Domestic EPC
Non-Domestic EPCs are required in Scotland when selling or letting commercial buildings.
Section 63 Action Plan
Action Plans are used in Scotland where a building is over 1,000 sq m and does not meet the target energy and certification or is was built before 2002.
Display Energy Certificate
DECs are used in Scotland when a Section 63 Action Plan is entered into.
BRUKL (SBEM or DSM) calculations
A BRUKL report demonstrates Section 6 compliance for Scottish non-domestic buildings using SBEM or DSM, comparing As-Designed performance with the Notional building.
