With the introduction of the Scottish Government non-domestic EPC register comes the ability to access EPCs online. EPCs can be accessed and viewed online by any party with access to the Report Reference Number (RRN) and to organisations (‘authorised recipients’) delivering energy efficiency and carbon reduction initiatives on behalf of the Scottish and UK Governments.
