Metro Commercial is a Scottish-based property services and consultancy firm operating in the UK, formed in 2007. A key service is providing Energy Performance Certificates and Section 63 Action Plans for non-domestic buildings.

We are a firm of Chartered Surveyors providing commercial property services operating in the UK and Regulated by RICS.

Our clients

Our clients include pension funds, property companies, owners of single holdings, occupiers, and government organisations.

By maintaining a flexible approach we provide services and services and advice on a variety of project sizes whether it be a small high street shop, a complicated multi-level public building or a portfolio of properties with a wide geographical spread.

Our location

We carry out work on projects throughout Scotland and the rest of the UK, having carried out work from Shetland in the North of Scotland to Peterborough in the South of England. Our central location allows good access not only to Scotland’s main cities but also to smaller towns and villages.

Our interests

In addition to providing advice to meet legislative requirements, we can provide advice to protect the market value of our client’s assets from poor energy ratings. Sustainability issues are fast becoming a key area in adding value to an asset and with evolving European energy and environmental legislation, it will become even more important to ensure existing buildings are improved as effectively as they can. Sustainable property investment was until recently seen as something for the 'left' however with tightening legislation sustainable property investment is becoming mainstream.
