Metro Commercial Ltd is keen to contribute positively to the built and natural environments. This Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy is our aim to uphold the high standards of ethical practice in the built environment. As a company regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), it is based on our obligations as a firm and the RICS Royal Charter, to advance the public advantage through optimal land use for society and economic needs.

Through our work in energy certification, we are also required to uphold professional ethical standards through Elmhurst Energy.
