A draft has been provided with a draft report. Further action required by the owner: The owner of the building is required to review the Action and decide how to proceed. The options are: 1. Instruct the Prescribed Action Plan to be lodged and elect an annual Display Energy Certificate (DEC) in order to defer the measures being required to be carried out. The Prescribed Action Plan could be lodged without electing to have an annual DEC to be lodged but the measeures will require to be varried out within 42 months 2. Advise on an alternative Action Plan. The owners instructions are required for lodgement. A meeting took place on 21 November 2011 with Drew Lambert and David Thorburn to explain options available. They advised they would take clients instructions and revert.
