Section 63 Action Plans in Scotland

Section 63 Regulations
As of 1st September 2016 a Section 63 Action Plan is required in addition to an Energy Performance Certificate for a property in excess of 1,000 sq m. A notional target for the individual property will be set and this will legally require energy efficiency improvement works to be carried out within 42 months. It is possible to defer these requirement works by having a Display Energy Certificate carried out on an annual basis.
