Latest EU Directive on Energy in Buildings

BREEAM
BREEAM is a voluntary certification scheme adopted to demonstrate the environmental credentials of a building. It is often new buildings that have BREEAM ratings carried out and the report considers a wide range of factors in addition to energy use and efficiency such as proximity to local transport links.
